Welcome to the world of Scilab Speech

First we want to thank the explorers of Scilab. It offers such a lot of complete matrix computations and a powful signal processing toolbox. So we can achieve the functions of speech analysis, synthesis and recogniton.

Thanks are also given to The Royal Institute Of Technology In Stockholm. Base on the Snack Sound Toolkit developed we can do many basic work on the GUI efficiently. More important is that it's open source, we easily use or modify it.

Also we want to thank Professor Cai Jun. He help us a lot on theory. Without his help we can't finish the toolbox.
